The experience from scheduling to the actual appointment was great! The staff is so friendly and informative. Everything was explained and no pressure to begin treatment. Our son, Ethan loved the treatment coordinator, Lauri. Dr. Bob was so kind and let us know how long treatment would be and was very thorough in his exam. We will be starting full ortho treatment in a few weeks.

OMG. THEE BEST EXPERIENCE!!! Ok this HAS to be the best team in the area! If you’re looking for the orthodontics out there, I can’t recommend Flanagan Orthodontics enough! From start to finish, the entire team made every visit feel welcoming, fun, and stress-free. Their Halloween costumes every year were legendary 😂 and honestly made appointments something to look forward to. What really stood out to me was how patient and kind they were no matter what. Broken retainer? Popped wire? Multiple “uhhh… I did it again” moments? 😅 Never once did they make me feel bad about it. They always took care of me with a smile and made the process easy. Iykyk lol. Professional, caring, fun, and just an all-around amazing team. Hands down the best orthodontic office out there! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place that truly treats you like family

My experience with Dr. Flanagan and his staff has been an exemplary experience. Most dread going to a dentist, this outfit will change your mind. Lauri Cox is the face of this company. She worked with me through a very difficult time in my life. (I got hit by a semi on my motorcycle). The year of recovery delayed my getting Invisiline. She reassured me that when I was ready they would be there for me. Lauri guided me through the financial aspect of getting invisiline in a way that worked for my situation. I can attest that all of Dr. Flanagan's staff are very helpful and professional now that I am wearing my first retainer. I am very grateful to Lauri and Dr. Flanagan's team. The new partners are very affable and friendly. They answered my questions and adjusted my retainer a bit. The staff that support them continue to provide excellent service to clients.
